The soil consists mainly of pebbles and sand, resulting from the many floods that occur in the area, and the climate is influenced by the presence of the Mediterranean Sea, which mitigates temperatures, making them ideal for full ripening of the grapes. The vineyards are located about 300 meters above sea level and are on steep slopes, a condition that forces completely manual processing, from care to harvest. The grapes undergo alcoholic fermentation and malolactic in the cellar through the action of indigenous yeasts, and no filtration is carried out during bottling.
