Amarone Classico 'Campomasua' Massimino Venturini 2009

The Amarone "Campomasua" is a striking example of the wine-style, deep in personality, of Massimino Venturini. The grapes used for the production from the Campomasua cru are subjected to an additional month of drying in the "fruttai" compared to the standard (for a total of 5 months), to increase the sugar concentration before the long fermentation and maceration. The following 2 years of aging in oak cask is critical to achieve consistency and complexity, the distinctive features of this Amarone recognized as a true flagship of the Venturini production.
