The Company is the brainchild of Alberto Longo, a professional consulting company but the son of winemakers, who decided to combine his love for the land and passion for wine to create a design that would be of great value for its area of origin: Daunia. Alberto Longo's vineyards are located in hilly area just cordon and rammed into the Fattoria cavalli and Masseria Cementano. Here the terroir is mainly composed of limestone and clay, there is good ventilation and a profitable temperature range, all ideal soil and climate conditions for the perfect ripening of the grapes.
