If in recent years the movement of wine producers in the Carso region has significantly expanded is thanks to a few brave pioneers, and Edi Kante is one of the principal architects of this rebirth. Edi has been able to promote its high quality wines, paving the way to few convinced fllowers, who helped revive the peculiarities of this incredible area. The success of Chardonnay of Kante was not vigorously pursued, but was rather the natural consequence of viticulture that has always been for this company a gesture aimed to replay history and traditions of this land. The vines are grown in this unique wine grower to ensure the highest quality of grapes, without giving a natural management, sustainable and environmentally friendly. Even his cellar, built about fifteen years ago, well worth a visit: a cylinder of concrete, placed in the ground between the Caso rocks, with spiral staircases that run through the outside; a true masterpiece of engineering that has contributed Edi Kante in his extensive work for the production of unique wines and typical territoriality.
