Moscato d'Asti 'Sourgal' Elio Perrone 2015

Moscato d'Asti "Sourgal" by Elio Perrone derives its name from a vineyard, a beautiful facility which occupies about two acres across the top of a hill in Castiglione Tinella, facing west. The Perrone family has always lived in harmony with the history of Muscat, and Stefano, at the helm of the winery since 1989, has led the company to become one of the most sensitive and reliable. With sacrifice and important investments in the vineyard and winery Stefano has started a production in every respect, focus on sparkling sweet wines. The cellar of the family strictly give a special flavor to its wines and especially the Moscato "Sourgal": having control over every step of the process that leads to the production of this wine, Stefano manages to provide to its wines balance and freshness. The Moscato "Sourgal" is a clear example: an elegant and fresh wine, with a sharp smell really great. The special sun exposure of the vineyards that give life to this Moscato and high altitude, which allows a strong temperature differences between day and night, give to this wine an unmistakable fragrance, fed and supported by a fresh acidity that enhances the flavors fruity, typical of Muscat grapes.
