The Pareto is now recognized as one of the great red wines of Tuscany, intuition Folonari family and their estate Nozzole. Made from Cabernet Sauvignon, the Pareto secures the typical scents of the grape and elevates them to a very fine quality. A great Cabernet Sauvignon, aged in wood for at least 16 months, with a unique softness, enhanced by the completion of malolactic fermentation. The Pareto, since glass is characterized by a very intense ruby red color and an elegant range of woodland, herbaceous notes of sweet spices and grains.
