Sylvaner Kofererhof 2021

The Sylvaner Köfererhof is an intense wine, pulpy, dynamic and absolutely addictive. The farm Köfererhof is located in Novacella, on the old road leading into the Val Punteria, a few corners from the extreme limit of cultivation of the vine. These lands are managed by the family Kerschbaumer with love and dedication, who was able to reassess the vineyards and produces some amazing and unique labels. The vineyards are now handled by Markus, which for years he devoted himself to yield control, plant health, the choice of the most suitable for each variety, the use of marc and lees as fertilizer. The flavor, the unique character of this mineral Sylvaner derived from the soils of glacial origin, tend to light, sandy, rich slate and granite. The temperature changes between day and night, however, is the first ingredient to boost perfumes and aromatic complexity. Thanks to the territorial nature of this Sylvaner, the winery is certainly one of the most interesting for the interpretation of the white wines of Valle Isarco, refined from the cultivation of organic vineyards spectacular high intensity lying at the foot of the Dolomites, between 700 and 800 meters above sea level.
