Sylvaner Praepositus of Abbazia di Novacella is a wrap and persistent wine, able to give mineral notes with every sip. Urban von Klebelsberg, the dynamic and passionate Managing Director of the Abbazia, coordinates the work of 60 employees and supervising all the activities and hence the production of wine, for which relies on skillful hands and the confidential nature of Celestino Lucin. The Abbazia collects and processes the grapes from 50 acres of 400 manicured vineyards. To these are added the 20 hectares of vineyards owned housed in Maso Markiho, in Cornaiano, and 5 in the vicinity of the Abbazia.
